COâ‚‚ Reactor
The CO2 Reactor, a patented, scalable solution that combines carbon permanence, process enhancement,
and circular economy in a single high-capacity unit. The reactor is designed to treat mineral-rich industrial residues, such as steel industry slag (EAF, AOD, SMS), construction waste and other alkaline by-products.

IH700 Heavy-Duty Hydro-Pneumatic Impact Hammer
The IH700 mounts in place of the excavator’s attachment (boom end) and delivers extremely powerful impacts for breaking oversized materials. It stands ~9 m tall with the chisel installed, highlighting its massive scale. Built from high-grade steel and designed for 12+ hour continuous operation. Key components are oversized for durability under repeated 700 kJ impacts. Ideal for breaking large slag skulls (e.g. ladle “pans” or tundish skulls weighing up to 30–35+ tons) into manageable pieces for recycling.

High-Speed Twin Rotor VSI Crusher
Moviator’s patented Twin Rotor VSI crusher delivers up to 200 tons/hour throughput with fully adjustable rotor speeds, pin arrangements, and mechanical parameters. Configurable impacts, optional air classifiers, and energy-efficient motors ensure precise control and versatile application as both a primary crusher and pre-grinder. Central to a circular economy, Moviator’s VSI crusher transforms industrial side streams into high-performance, low-carbon construction materials. Combined with fine grinding and COâ‚‚ stabilization, it supports a full chain of sustainable material innovation.

Magnetic Separator
Magnetic Separator work in synergy with Moviator’s patented twin-rotor VSI crusher and fine grinding units to maximize liberation and separation efficiency for steel
slag, incinerator bottom ash (IBA), and other metal-bearing residues.Separator widths are available up to 6 meters, with standard models ranging from 2 to 4 meters. This wide coverage allows material to be spread into a thin, uniform layer, significantly enhancing separation performance and metal recovery. Designed for various input materials including EAF slag, BOF slag, and IBA.
